No meditation experience needed &ndash; simply come with an openess to fun and feeling great! Chris Belanger is a Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Laughter Yoga Leader, Yoga Nidra Guide and Chair Yoga Teacher. Chris shares the calming, energizing and healing powers of yoga and laughter at prominent yoga studios, wellness centers, events and residences throughout southern New England.
