August Strindberg’s seminal masterpiece, Miss Julie is the portrait of a young woman struggling to retain her dignity and sanity while involved in a love affair with one of her family’s servants. The play has been produced countless times, with versions directed by such accomplished directors as Sam Mendes and the legendary Ingmar Bergman.
