FirstWorks is Excited to be presenting AILEY II, the junior company of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, for a series of residency activities in February, that kick-off FirstWorks' season of "Celebrating Ailey", culminating with the first-ever Rhode Island appearance of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in May, 2011. We would like to extend an invitation to members of the non-profit dance community for two of these events.
Special reduced pricing for local dance professionals and university dance students:
On February 9th members of AILEY II will be conducting a master class for intermediate / advanced dancers. Space is limited; pre-registration is recommended (wal-ins may be accommodated as space allows). Call (401) 421-4278 to reserve your spot for $10.
